Unofficial Author Bio
I love writing, whether it's fiction or non-fiction, and when I'm finished with a story or work, I like to perform what I call "manuscript makeovers."
But creating characters and story lines (especially love stories) isn't my only passion. I also enjoy creating divine-tasting recipes that are actually healthy. (Click on the Cookbook icon for details.)
On occasion, I also teach whole food cooking classes, have appeared on the cooking segments of Good Things Utah and Studio 5, have catered for conventions, and make and sell my desserts.
